Give Lumen 3 washes. If you're not seeing softer, fuller, healthier hair within 14 days of receiving your order, contact us and we'll either send you a replacement or refund you completely.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Send us a quick video of your unopened parcel being opened showing the shipping label  and we'll replace it or refund you immediately. No waiting, no arguing.

Changed Your Mind Before Using It?

We accept returns on unopened, unused bars within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Processed within 3–5 business days via IBFT, mobile wallet, or original payment method.
