  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped, containing your tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer nationwide delivery. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery: Standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Please note that unexpected courier delays due to weather, public holidays, or logistical issues are outside of our direct control, but we will always assist you in tracking your package.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the journey of your Lumen Care package right to your doorstep.

4. Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or failure to receive the parcel after multiple courier attempts, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package.
