4. Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or failure to receive the parcel after multiple courier attempts, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package.
